We know that if you’re trying to move somebody out, it will approximately take two months before the court makes a decision to remove a person from your house. Once you get the court papers, make sure to contact a moving company to handle the eviction. We want to take stress off your shoulders; that’s why we also work with the sheriff’s department and with any other law enforcement agencies in Massachusetts when it comes to moving out a person who does not pay money for the rent.
Eviction is a very stressful process for landlords. If you end up in this situation, we just want to say we are truly sorry that this has happened to you, but you gotta do what you have to do. When you need to move your tenants out of your place, please don’t hesitate to contact our moving company; we are fully licensed, insured, and bonded with Massachusetts Public Utilities. We have all types of insurance, and we are licensed to operate in or out of the state of Massachusetts.
As a landlord, you need to provide three months of storage for a person who needs to be evicted. With that being said, please see our storage rates below:
- Room: $200 per month
- One-bedroom apartment: $300 per month
- Two-bedroom apartment: $400 per month
- Three-bedroom house: $500 per month.

We don’t have any cancellation or rescheduling policy. If you decide to change the date or cancel your reservation, we won’t charge you any money for that, even if it’s a last-minute change.
How much do you charge for eviction moving services?
We charge on a regular basis, which is $150 per hour for two movers.
$220 per hour for three movers.
Our rate will include movers, trucks, tools, gas, miles, and basic insurance coverage will also be included.
