And sometimes you sell a house in Chicago but you haven’t purchased a new one or rented an apartment yet, and that’s why you need to move in storage. Born to Move provide moving and storage for cross-country moves to Los Angeles. Born to Move charges weekly rates for any storage spaces. When you also hire us for your move from Chicago to Los Angeles, Born to Move will not charge you the shuttle fee from your apartment to the storage. It’s free of charge.
Moving process, how does it work?
It’s very important that you check reviews, especially when you’re looking for cross-country movers. Moving insurance works the way that if anything is broken or damaged, the moving company is only paying $.60 per pound for any broken furniture. That’s why we recognize our customers’ valuable furniture and never let them down if something goes bad. If that happens and you have a claim, please contact our claim department, and they will talk to you directly to resolve your moving claim and will give you a refund.

Packing for interstate moving

Born to Move will put books into smaller containers, also dishes and all of the silverware into smaller boxes and put them on top in the truck and mark them as fragile so movers will know not to put fragile stuff on the bottom inside the truck. Choose a safe moving company who do lots of interstate moves and not a broker. You can save a lot of hustle and money by packing and unpacking all of your boxes by yourself. Or you might as well ask the moving company of your choice to do the unpacking for you, but there will be an additional cost for packing and unpacking on top of the flat rate that you receive from any moving company from Chicago to Los Angeles.
