That means if we let you move a one-bedroom apartment, your estimate will be 3 to 5 hours total, including travel time.
Let’s talk about the travel time. Travel time is the time it takes to get to your first location from our parking lot and from the second location back to the parking lot. The time driving between both locations is considered labor time. By carefully giving you a plan for how we drive from one place to another, protecting furniture, disassembling and assembling, and everything else, we ensure a great plan, especially replying accordingly to your timeline. For example, a start time because Aventura Movers most of the time starts at 9:00 AM or in the afternoon between 1 to 3 PM. It’s based on your preference, and in some cases, we can start around 5 PM after hours.

Yes, we are one of those companies that can do this without any additional or extra charges. Born To Move does not even charge for packing supplies such as tape, shrink wrap, dollies, commercial bin boxes, and all of the commercial moving equipment we need to use to move you out of your house.
Usually, if you move out from a house, we bring a 26-foot truck. This is the biggest truck we can bring. We drive, load everything up, and transport it to the next destination. That means for a three-bedroom, we will most likely send three professional movers who are able to pack your furniture as well as your boxes, bring it to the truck, drive it to the next destination, unload it, assemble it, and all you have to do is take a look for any damages and let us know if there’s any damage. If there is, we will take care of that damage with a discount or refund for furniture, as well as other moving issues.
In Aventura, Florida, Born To Move has a three-hour minimum charge policy. Regardless of your move size, we will charge for three hours minimum. Even for a small job, like one single piece, it’s still a three-hour minimum charge policy because it doesn’t make sense to send the movers for less than three hours to come and work at your location. Long-Distance Moves

When you hire our professional long-distance moving company, Born To Move, we provide a flat rate based on the distance where you’re going and the number of items you need to move. Most of the time, this will be based on the number of items or cubic feet that will fit in the truck.
To process the estimate, you’ll need to provide an inventory. This can be done by sending pictures of your stuff, doing a FaceTime call, or submitting a list of items through a portal. There are many ways to submit the inventory, but without it, we can only give you a general quote for your long-distance move.
Born To Move does not ask for a deposit. All you need to do is provide us with an inventory. We’ll give you a quote, and if you agree, we can schedule the move. You will pay 50% when we pick up your belongings and the remaining 50% when we drop them off. We accept certified checks, credit cards, or cash for payment.
Out-of-Country Movers
If you plan to relocate internationally, we can provide you with an international quote. To do so, you just need to provide the destination. Whether you’re moving to Canada, Mexico, or another country, we can get your belongings out of the state and into a different country.
If you have a container that needs to be packed, we can handle that too. We’ll rent a container, pack your belongings, and ship them to a port. From there, they can be delivered to your destination. Depending on where you’re going, we’ll provide an approximate timeframe for delivery. For Europe, it will take about one month, but for other countries, it depends on the destination.

Packing
Luxury packing is a service we provide. That means we will fully pack all your belongings into boxes and unpack them at the new location. You just need to show us where things go and let us know if there’s anything you want to throw out. Born To Move’s moving coordinator will provide a quote for your luxury move.
Full packing is not a cheap service, so please be prepared to pay double what local movers usually charge. We’ll bring boxes or plastic containers, depending on your choice, and pack everything either the day before your move or on the actual day. If it’s a small one-bedroom apartment, packing and moving in the same day will take 8 to 10 hours.
For packing and moving, two professional movers cost $194/hour plus the cost of packing materials. For three professional movers, the rate is higher, depending on the materials and time required.
